Hello this is going to be about boxing gloves sizes

Okay so ever wondered why there is certain oz gloves and different weight gloves?

The most common glove sizes are 10.oz 12.oz 14.oz and 16.oz and 10 is mostly used to bag work and for mitts 12,14,16 are mostly used for sparring against other people. so as example i weigh about 85kg so i would need to use 16.oz gloves for sparring if you are about 80kg+ you need to have 16.oz gloves and under 80kg 14.oz are fine. On the picture above the text there is Gloves that are 10.oz as example that i own. and they are great for bag work perfect weight and perfect protection to wrists.
